Accountabilities:
- Contribute to organizational effectiveness by maintaining calendars and supporting schedules. Manage and communicate vacation and travel schedules.
- Open, organize and distribute mail. Arrange for mail and other shipments and deliveries.
- Train employees and promote effective usage of various systems (eContact, OneCard, Egencia, SAP, etc.).
- Plan and organize meetings, conference calls and events for including room set-up, supplies, audio and visual, food and tear-down. Act as central point for all presentation material.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Liaison for vending machine operation.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Prepares the building for opening and closing. Oversee coffee and break room areas and ensuring supplies are adequately stocked and available.
- Manage and maintain employee records in SAP to ensure integrity, accuracy and confidentiality of employee data. Coordinate timecard processing on a weekly basis.
- Coordinate employee recruiting and hiring processes to include: scheduling interviews, background checks and drug screens, new hire data entry, identify work space and order office equipment. Partner with leaders for proper on-boarding.
- Position may include other duties as determined by the company.
Required:
- High School or GED
- 5 years relevant work experience in general office administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
- Effective written and verbal communication skills interfacing with all levels of personnel
- Produce accurate work; attention to detail; work in a fast-paced performance-driven environment
