Job Description:

Accountabilities:

- Runs standard compensation reports from SAP or the Kenexa databases. Uploads routine data into the Kenexa salary management tool to keep current.
- Conducts routine database audits of compensation data elements. Identifies issues and problem areas; follows up with HR to address questions. Ensure corrective actions are shown in the subsequent reports.
- Works with compensation staff to validate new and existing survey matches. Prepares data inputs for various compensation surveys.
- Assist in tracking and organizing compensation and SIP program elements including establishing new and changed job codes, job titles, Pay structures, Plan documents.
- Maintain the Compensation Share Point site by uploading new material as directed and helping clients with inquiries about accessing information.
- Conducts online research on targeted topics such as compensation trends, hot topics. Prepares summary of findings for the compensation department. Supports Compensation staff with various projects and initiatives as needed.
- Uses EXCEL and PowerPoint graphics to supplement the work of Analysts in enhancing communication and understanding.
- Maintain the bonus tracking process to validate correct plan participation. Prepare and issue standard confirmation material for Participants as necessary.
- Assist the VP Total Rewards as needed in preparing materials for the Compensation Committee.

Required:

- Associates degree or certificate in Business or Human Resources
- 0-1 year relative work experience in office work familiarity
- Attention to detail

- Effective verbal and written communication skills
