The main responsibilities for this role are to develop and manage programs that benefit both the customers and PsPrint. Develop and maintain the day-to-day operations of programs which strengthen the relationship with our external resellers and internal sales teams, drive customer retention, build loyalty and increase lifetime value.
Accountabilities:
- Develop, maintain and manage B2B reseller programs, sales campaigns, and segment-driven loyalty and retention initiatives.
- Maintain the daily operations of the reseller program.
- Work closely with internal sales teams to coordinate and execute lead generation and retention efforts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and ROI targets.
- Participate in collaborative development of multi-channel programs to convert new customers into repeat and loyal customers, maximize customer engagement/retention, and win back former customers.
- Partner with content, creative team and Email Marketing Manager to design program assets, develop images, content and landing pages for reseller programs, direct mail and outbound calling campaigns.
- Work closely with Email Marketing Manager and Product Marketing Manager to coordinate and execute marketing initiatives, assisting in execution of email programs and affiliate programs as needed.
- Define business requirements and work closely with Engineering to build out program enhancements, scalable retention features and tools.
- Work closely with data analytics to develop retention KPIs and program dashboard and prepare weekly and monthly program performance management reports.
- Use customer research and analytics to understand user behavior and needs, and deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time.
- Conduct competitive analysis and be a subject matter expert on latest retention marketing industry trends.
Required:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in marketing
- 5-7 years relevant work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in transactional-driven direct marketing required - preferably ecommerce - with particular emphasis on direct mail, outbound calling, email, and direct sales channels
- Experience in development and day-to-day management of comprehensive reseller and sales programs that have resulted in measurable improvements to key metrics
- Experience using data and creating reports to develop actionable insights; Passion for A/B testing and optimizing the performance of programs
- Advanced MS Access and MS Excel skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of email marketing to assist and support Email Marketing Manager as needed
- Experience in defining and building loyalty programs and campaigns
- Extremely close attention to detail with the ability to execute projects from beginning to end
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent internal and external customer service, communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to roll-up sleeves, be hands-on, and thrive in a "start-up" environment
Preferred:
- SQL, HTML and XML knowledge
- Experience using Silverpop, Vertical Response, Eloqua or and CheetahMail
