Deluxe is currently seeking a passionate, innovative talent acquisition specialist to join our award winning team to assist with high volume-contact center recruiting.
Accountabilities:
- Building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Knowing the market (what the employment market looks like, what the supply of talent for a particular job is likely to be, and how difficult it will be to find and close on candidates)
- Understanding and embracing technology (ATS systems; job boards; social networks; blogs; Skype; etc.)
- Selling and closing candidates
- Providing an excellent candidate experience
On average you will manage 20-25 position openings.
Required:
1+ years of recruiting agency and/or in-house recruiting experience, including experiences with full life cycle recruiting and developing hiring manager relationships, with an emphasis in high-volume recruitment.
Experience with Kenexa Brass Ring or other large ATS systems
Focused problem-solving skills, analytical and system thinking ability
Ability to work in unfamiliar or ambiguous situations, assessing, researching, analyzing and developing solutions
Assessment skills – able to discern the qualities and qualifications as compared to the requirements of the job through interviewing, resume review and referencing
