Deluxe for Small Business is looking for a dynamic sales manager to join its expanding retail media sales team. We help businesses grow by providing a bevy of services including:
Website Design and hosting
Search Engine Marketing via Google/Yahoo/Bing
Search Engine Optimization
Online presence via search engine maps and directory listings
Social media presence and engagement
Logo Design services
E-mail marketing
Marketing consulting services via our REV advisory service
And more coming
You will lead and develop a team of approximately 10 media sales representatives working in an outbound telephone sales (Webinar) environment that prospect and close small and medium size businesses throughout the nation.
RESPONSIBILITIES’ include:
Maintaining a high performance, highly motivational work environment
One on one coaching
Team training
Counseling and performance management
Lead tracking and penetration
Market and vertical selection
Pre-call planning
Insure accurate orders
Customer service with clients
Recruiting, interviewing and hiring
Develop sales lyrics, materials, and presentation tools as needed
Assist senior sales management as needed
Use of Salesforce.com CRM
We are looking for a polished, dynamic, positive, possibility thinker with a proven management track record and impeccable communication skills and strong business acumen. Business to business experience strongly preferred. Media background a plus, but not essential. Strong personal sales results background and abilities essential.
