Job Description:
SUMMARY: This position requires a talented, creative, and driven User Interface Designer to help build the next generation of innovative Internet marketing products. Candidates should have experience creating user-centered designs that are influenced by Human Factors and HCI display principles.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with different types of users, analyzing their work and coming up with creative solutions to improve their methods
- Implement layouts and graphics for web software, corporate web sites, emails, etc
- Convert prototype mockups into pixel perfect graphics
- Create standards compliant HTML5, CSS3 for use on the web
- Create sites that are focused on usability and functionality
- Work closely with other designers, product management, web developer and software engineers to ensure implementation
- Make difficult implementation decisions in order to preserve the integrity of the designs
- Create functional interfaces in order to represent prototypes
- Understand the ultimate vision of each product
- Other duties as assigned
Required:
- 1 to 3 years’ experience with modern web technologies.
Bachelors degree in Graphics Design or related-UI Design emphasis a plus
- Experience with HTML5 and CSS3
- Active learner who strives to stay current with the latest web technologies
- Excellent collaborative skills for working in a team environment
- A basic understanding of MVC frameworks is a plus, especially MVC.Net
- Be a good problem solver, taking complex problems and creating cohesive solutions
Experience working on complex UI designs
- Experience with UX design
- Experience with .LESS
- Knowledge of Angular, jQuery, Javascript, AJAX
- Knowledge of PHP, C#, or databases is a plus
