Job Description

The HR Analytics intern will support the Organization Effectiveness Consultants to help maintain, collect and analyze Talent Management data.
Intern Projects:
Talent Management Effectiveness Cycle : Collect and maintain data related to employee lifecycle (from recruiting to exit) at Deluxe using MS Excel, identify and present ideas to streamline and automate process, analyze data in order to present trends, themes and key learning. Attrition : Collect and provide rollup reports on attrition for specific populations (like call centers).

Data entry Utilize and recommend tools to optimize data collection for talent management effectiveness cycle. Analyze and optimize collection of succession data Analyze and present themes. Other
Meet regularly with OE consultants and other HR leaders Partner with HRIS/Compensation to obtain data
Required
- Current student pursuing a degree (Finance, Decision Science, Statistics or related field)
- Proficient skills in MS Excel, including writing formulas, pivot tables and macros, experience in SAP a plus
- Research oriented
§ Analytically minded, with attention to detail and passionate about accuracy
§ Takes initiative in driving projects and works independently
- Knowledgeable or willingness to learn new technology
- Proficient in MS Word
- Interested in talent management, HR analytics
