Job Description:
Deluxe is currently seeking a passionate and innovative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our award winning Talent Acquisition team - recognized for its leading edge social media, talent community, and branding work. http://bit.ly/uMavkO

As our marketer, you will be the face to our customers. As our evangelist, you will be the voice to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains, further develops, and executes the evolving integrated social media and e-marketing strategy to drive traffic to Deluxe Corporation’s Talent Acquisition social sites and career opportunities
- Guides the daily functioning of social media and interactive ecosystem (content development/monitoring and engagement/employee implementation of social media)
- Conducts, gathers, and analyzes market research to determine social media/interactive marketing opportunities and competitiveness
- Advocates on behalf of Deluxe in social media spaces, creating content, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
- Creates multimedia content (videos, podcasts, pictures) to release periodically on digital channels
- Monitors trends in e-marketing and social media tools, technologies, applications, and new marketing strategies to separate trends from fads
- Monitors social sites after hours to escalate critical media content
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in social media / interactive marketing in a customer focused role
- Demonstrated passion and aptitude for social media/interactive marketing/branding
- Experience with social media platforms, blogging, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics
- Experience with creating, editing, and uploading multimedia such as vidoes, podcasts, pictures
- Excellent writing, proofing, and editing abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to details

- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Individual must be able to work autonomously as well as be part of a team
- Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced department
